SAN FRANCISCO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Merriman Curhan Ford (NASDAQ:MERR) has listed its 12th company on OTCQX with the successful listing of Imagi International Holdings Limited that was announced today.

Merriman was the first investment bank to represent both U.S. and non-U.S. companies on OTCQX in 2007, and is the current investment banking leader in sponsoring companies on the OTCQX platform.

OTCQX is a highly visible platform that has attracted 50 global companies from 17 countries since early 2007 with a consolidated market capitalization of $300 billion. The platform is appealing to both domestic and foreign companies to gain access to U.S. investment capital without the regulatory costs related to U.S. registration and Sarbanes-Oxley.

"The success of our OTCQX Advisory Group illustrates there is a strong interest from companies abroad to access the U.S. capital markets even in a time of unprecedented market volatility and uncertainty," said Jon Merriman, CEO of Merriman Curhan Ford. "I'm proud of our team for successfully advising Imagi, the first Hong Kong-based company to list on OTCQX. As our capital markets capabilities evolve toward more fee-based services, our mission continues to be focused on becoming a leader in advising, financing, researching, trading and investing in fast-growing companies across the world."

Imagi International Holdings Limited's ADR began trading today on OTCQX's International PrimeQX, under the ticker IINHY. Investors can find real-time quotes, disclosure and financial information about the company at [ www.otcqx.com ].

"We are pleased to sponsor Imagi and help them gain U.S. institutional investor visibility from our capital markets leadership in the media subsector," said Stephen Nash, managing director and head of Merriman Curhan Ford's OTCQX Advisory Group. "Imagi's listing, along with our other OTCQX-listed clients, would not have been possible without the entrepreneurial forethought of our firm to recognize the opportunities and benefits OTCQX offers to fast-growing companies in the United States and abroad."
