NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - November 26, 2008) - SuperWire, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ SUPI ]) announced today that a settlement agreement has been entered into to resolve litigation that it brought in the U. S. District Court, District of Utah, Case No. 208CV0042. The settlement agreement was reached in a manner satisfactory to all involved.
