NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 27, 2009) - SPi, a leading knowledge process and customer interaction solutions provider, today announced the promotion of Rob O'Dell to President of its Publishing division.

Since joining the company in 2005 as Vice President, Global Operations for Publishing, Rob has made several valuable contributions to the company including the expansion of operations in India and Vietnam and the ramp up of the operations division which performs a wide variety of content and information solutions including conversion, content engineering, platform migration, and database maintenance and management.

In 2006, Rob was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Operations for Publishing where he continued to focus on re-engineering efforts that led to improved productivity and profitability while simultaneously expanding operations in Vietnam and India. He also took on the strategic role of Global Account Manager for two of SPi's biggest clients and was able to significantly grow the business and improve margins across all Publishing service lines.

In his new role as President, Rob will have P&L responsibility for the Publishing division and will play a key role on the SPi executive team. Rob will also be responsible for helping to define the publishing group's strategy and growth initiatives into new markets.
