LAS VEGAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Board of Directors of Disability Access Corporation (Pink Sheets: DBYC), a subsidiary of PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH), reported today that on December 24, 2008, Disability Access Corporation's Form 10 registration statement was submitted and accepted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This filing is the main requirement for the Company becoming an issuer on the NASDAQ OTC exchange.

"The process of compiling such a comprehensive document was time consuming and expensive," stated Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc. "We thank our auditors and legal counsel for their diligence to complete the Form 10 registration statement, and would anticipate that sometime in the new year, Disability Access Corporation could advance to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board as a fully reporting issuer." The Company has no control over the review and comment process, nor can it estimate how long this may take. The Company will, however, put a link on its website's home page so shareholders can view a status of the process. Chin concluded with, "We thank all our shareholders for their patience, and wish them a prosperous and happy New Year!"
