Sky440 Products Division to Acquire Cal-Nev Safety Systems

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Sky440, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SKYF) ("Sky440") announced today that its Sky440 Products Division has agreed to acquire Cal-Nev Safety Systems LLC, a recently formed manufacturers distribution company. Cal-Nev Safety Systems T-Valve earthquake safety product line will be the first non-technology product sold and distributed through the Sky440 Products Division. Cal-Nev Safety Systems is currently based in Vacaville, California. It will be relocating to Sacramento, California in March.

Sky440 recently formed its new products division, which is responsible for launching several new product lines for Sky440 in addition to managing the company's technology distribution operations.
