SAN DIEGO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--NextWave Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: WAVE) ("NextWave") announced that its Board of Directors has set May 21, 2009 as the date of the 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and the close of business on March 27, 2009 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be at 10 a.m. PDT on May 21, 2009 at The Doubletree Del Mar, 11915 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130. In addition to this announcement, NextWave will send a notice of internet availability of all proxy materials to all stockholders of record as of the record date.
