DANVILLE, CA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2009) - S3 Investment Company, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ SIVC ]) has announced that Boyuan Construction Group, Inc., a client of S3's wholly owned Redwood Capital subsidiary, will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange effective at market open today. Boyuan Construction will trade under the ticker symbol BOY for its common shares.

Boyuan Construction Group, Inc. is a leading builder of commercial, residential and municipal infrastructure projects in China's fast-growing regions of the Yangtze River Delta and the city of Sanya on Hainan Island recently completed the CDN$48.75 million acquisition of SND Energy Ltd. through a reverse-takeover transaction. Redwood Capital acted as Chinese merchant banking advisor to Boyuan Construction for this transaction and received 330,219 Acquisition Common Shares in consideration for its services.

In its private placement closed on February 27, 2009, Boyuan sold units to accredited and institutional investors. Two of the three securities placed will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, as Boyuan's common shares and convertible debentures make their debut. Warrants convertible into common shares were also issued by the Company.
