EXTON, PA--(Marketwire - February 20, 2009) - Defense Solutions, Inc., an international project management and executive consulting firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Defense Solutions Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: [ DFSH ]) ([ http://www.ds-pa.com/index.html ]), entered into an agreement to provide and warrant testing and calibration equipment for the fire control systems of main battle tanks and infantry fighting vehicles in Iraq. The terms of the agreement cover optical and electrical instruments, and Defense Solutions expects to complete final delivery within four months. The total amount of the contract is over one million dollars.
