NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 6, 2009) - Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB: [ SDGLE ]), a provider of mobile communication, outsourced business and information technology consulting services, announced today that it filed its amended quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 on January 5, 2009.

As previously disclosed in a press release on December 12, 2008 and in a Form 8-K filed on January 5, 2009, the "E" had been added to the trading symbol because the Company had not been in compliance with the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") Rule 6530 as a result of the Company's failure to timely file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its quarterly report for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.

The Company expects the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") to remove the "E" at the end of its symbol within the next two business days.
