MP2 Technologies: MP2 Technologies' Subsidiary, Weatherly Aircraft, Begins Shipment of Parts Internationally

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - June 11, 2009) - MP2 Technologies (MP2) (PINKSHEETS: [ MPTO ]) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Weatherly Aircraft Nevada, Inc. (Weatherly), has begun shipping parts internationally. The Company stated that they had filled orders for Mexico and have received additional orders that are in the process of being filled from several other countries. The Company believes that the international sales interest is a direct result of their expanded focus on that market. The majority of Weatherly aircraft now in operation are outside of the U.S. and there is a far greater potential for future sales of the aircraft and parts in that market.

Richard Corline, CEO of Weatherly, stated, "As a company, our interest is in finding the best fit for our aircraft wherever that is in the world. We know that there are very sizable markets for the Weatherly in Central and South America as well as in Asia and the Middle East. We intend to pursue them vigorously. In addition, the Company stated that it is working closely with the FAA to finalize various certifications to meet FAA standards for shipping parts in the U.S. and feels confident that, with the help of the FAA, the standards will be met within the next few months.

Weatherly Aircraft Nevada, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells cost efficient, safe and reliable aerial application aircraft for agricultural, chemical and fire fighting applications. The Weatherly aircraft are based on an FAA issued "Type Certificate" for which the Company has the licensing rights. The current fleet size of Weatherly aircraft in service on a worldwide basis is in excess of 200 units. They are now supplying spare parts and technical support to existing customers.
