IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - June 2, 2009) - MP2 Technologies (MP2) (PINKSHEETS: [ MPTO ]) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Weatherly Aircraft Nevada, Inc. (Weatherly), began preparations for the development of its international sales division. The Company stated verbal orders have been received from four countries representing distinct areas of the world where Weatherly believes there is enough potential for its product to warrant engaging the services of a local sales and services agent to support the aircraft. These verbal orders have originated from Central America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia. An agreement with the first agent to be signed is currently in progress and will be announced within the next few weeks.

Richard Corline, CEO of Weatherly, stated, "We have had a very strong reception from the international market regarding the restart of the production of the Weatherly aircraft. More than 40% of the current fleet of Weatherlys is outside the United States. From what we have received in purchase inquiries, we believe the international market has the potential to be several times that of the United States. At this point, we have as much interest from the international market for the aircraft as we do in the U.S., and we are going to pursue that opportunity aggressively."

Weatherly Aircraft Nevada, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells cost efficient, safe and reliable aerial application aircraft for agricultural, chemical and fire fighting applications. The Weatherly aircraft are based on an FAA issued "Type Certificate" for which the Company has the licensing rights. The current fleet size of Weatherly aircraft in service on a worldwide basis is in excess of 200 units. The Company intends to open its new U.S. customer support center by March 2009 and supply spare parts and technical support to existing customers. It is anticipated that newly built aircraft will be ready for delivery to customers in December of 2009. For more information about Weatherly Aircraft Nevada, Inc., go to [ www.weatherlyair.com ].
