IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 9, 2009) - TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation ("TEAM Nation") (OTCBB: [ TEMN ]) is pleased to announce that CalCounties Title Nation Company ("CalCounties"), a licensed title agent currently managed by TEAM Nation, was listed as one of only two title companies in all of Orange County, CA to grow its business in 2008, according to an article by Sandi Cain of the Orange County Business Journal in March 2009. Southern California's Orange County is the fifth most populous county in the U.S. with more than 3 million residents.

According to the Orange County Business Journal, Orange County's 12 largest title companies experienced their business cut in half in 2008. CalCounties under TEAM's management since 2007, however, was one of only two companies to succeed in the current market. TEAM Nations CalCounties was and still is thriving in one of the worst real estate markets in a half a century.
