IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 18, 2009) - TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation ("TEAM") (OTCBB: [ TEMN ]) is pleased to announce that it will return the role of day-to-day management of CalCounties back to the company, while continuing to provide its proven core services intrinsic to the title company's success and growth.

Under TEAM Nation's direction, CalCounties has increased its monthly revenue ten-fold, from approximately $100,000 since TEAM began managing the company in 2007, to over $1.2 million for the month of May 2009, despite the worst real estate downturn in over three decades. CalCounties increased revenues by 98.8% in 2008, and expects revenues to exceed 15 million in 2009.
