("the Company") (PINKSHEETS: [ HFBG ]), an emerging corporation in the high-growth functional beverage industry, today announced that the Company enlisted two new executives. A CPA with vast corporate experience and funding contacts is coming into Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. as the new CFO. An experienced New York contract attorney will be joining the team at Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. as the new corporate attorney. We believe this will have a direct impact on our bottom line.

Our distribution partner in Puerto Rico has filled a purchase order received from Wal-Mart and Sams Club, Puerto Rico.

We are opening a distribution center in the New York Tri-State area to service and fulfill product orders to the independent Coke and Snapple route drivers.

Mr. Ross has just finished negotiating with one of the most successful and largest food and beverage brokers in the United States. We anticipate this will be a huge boost to the company profits.
