ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2009) - F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ FTCH ]) is pleased to announce they have added six new communities in the Augusta, GA marketplace through its partnership with a leading HOA law firm that manages several HOA communities in and around the Augusta area, home of the Masters golf tournament.

Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies, stated: "It's very exciting to be working with such a prominent law firm. This is a little different than working with a management company or simply direct with an HOA. You really need to have all your ducks in a row when dealing with a law firm and I am pleased to report that we have thus far passed their rigorous standards. We look forward to a long and profitable partnership with them."

Mr. Connor continued: "This particular law firm has been using the Interaction Community System ([ www.interactioncs.com ]) to manage six of their communities online and expect to add more in the months to come. Using Interaction, the law firm is now able to track each community's financial accounting with the ability to pay vendors, collect HOA dues and assessments, invoice members, provide comprehensive financial reporting, and provide community members with a rich interactive experience."

In the short time F3 Technologies has marketed the Interaction Community System, we have already expanded our reach into 4 vertical markets including churches, homeowners associations (HOAs), management companies and now law firms. While the homeowners market has been our initial marketing push, it is encouraging to know this is just the tip of the iceberg as we seek to deploy Interaction into any/all localized communities that seek to benefit from greater communication such as colleges, municipalities, businesses and governments.

As always, F3 would like to extend a warm welcome to anyone that has an interest in visiting our F3 offices in Alpharetta, GA. Please call us at 770-521-9524 or email us at [ IR@F3Technologies.com ] to arrange a time to meet.
