TBA Global will develop the consumer-based strategy and creative designed to engage consumers and build awareness for the Western Union® Mobile Money Transfer service, which allows consumers in select countries to send and/or receive money using just their cell phones. In addition, TBA Global will support several other projects under the Mobile Business unit umbrella.
