FREDERICK, MD--(Marketwire - May 26, 2009) - BioElectronics Corp. (PINKSHEETS: [ BIEL ]), the maker of inexpensive, disposable drug-free anti-inflammatory devices, today announced the appointment of international financier Charles Gregoire de Rothschild to the role of Special Adviser to the Company's board of directors. Mr. de Rothschild will support BioElectronics' continuing global expansion efforts by leveraging his extensive domestic and international financial expertise.
