CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES--(Marketwire - May 13, 2009) - GreenGold Ray Energies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ GRYE ]) shows its ever-evolving jatropha industry with increased profitability. The 5-year Profit & Loss Statements starting in 2009 until 2015, projected a profit of $4,131,475.13 (2nd year) during the second full year of refining operation. The P & L showed an increase of profit from 2nd year thereafter: $4,131,475.13 (2nd year); $21,069,600.05 (3rd year); $38,198,072.05 (4th year); and $115,024,823.23 (5th year), having a very conservative estimate of a Loss from the first year, 2009. GreenGold can make the company profitable within 6 months after the commencement of the full refining operation. The installation, development and trouble-shooting period is estimated to take place within 3-6 months.

In the 5-year P & L, the projection utilizes the 100% use of the jatropha plants as biodiesel oil, as press cake and as residual use, like fertilizer. Studies showed that there is a larger market not only for pure refined biodiesel oil, but also seedcakes, biomass and more. GreenGold witnessed the increased profit and market size, new streams of revenue, and greater returns on investment.

GreenGold had taken this clever idea of taking full advantage of the jatropha crops and showed viable, earth-friendly and financially beneficial ways for its jatropha industry. The company makes the first 100% use of the jatropha plant, by not only selling the crude oil, but by also selling the by-products such as the seedcakes and biomass, to dramatically boost GreenGold's profit potentials, thus increasing the profit, market size and new revenue streams with higher returns on investment. The jatropha press cakes, biomass potentials are: (a) the possible upside is limitless; (b) profitability on created organic fertilizer and soil conditioner; (c) marketability of the seedcakes and residues to the highly lucrative pharmaceutical sector; (d) tradability of seed kernel meal, which are 30% higher than soybean meal as a livestock feed ingredient; (e). manufacturing of agro-energy pellets which are currently in huge demand for cooking and heating needs in rural areas; and (f) tapping into the very profitable biogas market.

Today, Representatives from the Land Bank-Philippines visited GreenGold's office for the presentation of the company's business plan overview and the 5-year Profit & Loss Financial Projections prepared by CEO Manolo Tecson and CFO Jerry Burdeos. Land Bank proposed a seed financing of close to $1,000,000 payable within 18 months from the date of the loan release, with payment to begin 1 year after July 2010, and subject to only 3 major conditions. (1) Biodiesel Oil Refinery Plan to become operational within 2 years; (2) must have at least ten thousand (10,000) hectares of jatropha plantation or more to tailor-fit the 1,000,000 gallons refinery capacity; and (3) GreenGold must coordinate with PNOC-AFP to have a marketing agreement and oil processing should the refinery not be built within 2 years.

UPDATE ON THE BIODIESEL REFINERY: (1) GreenGold expected to have the Biodiesel Processing and Refinery plant completely operational by end of Summer 2009. (2) Final Agreement is confirmed with a 3% discount off the quoted price to purchase a Switzerland-made Biodiesel Refinery, having a 1,000,000+ Gallons per year capacity. This plant can process all other feedstocks besides jatropha, using a minimum of 3 manpower operators. From shipping to installation and trouble-shooting for quality control, then to final operation are estimated to occur within 90 days. It has been estimated that should everything goes as planned without any environmental or some drastic delays, GreenGold will be operational by this summer of 2009. (3) GreenGold is purchasing 1 hectare Nasipit Harbor Site for the Refinery. The completion of the Refinery Plant site is estimated to be in the Summer of 2009. This includes the building of the Staff House & Office Building, the Biodiesel Refinery Plant Building and Geo-Physical Laboratory Building. (4). GreenGold has already committed having at least 10,000 hectares of jatropha plantations across Mindanao and part from the Visayas region for Biodiesel Feedstocks.
