(PINKSHEETS: [ SIVC ]) today announced the relocation of the Director of Research for its wholly owned Redwood Capital subsidiary to Beijing, China where he will work closely with Redwood Capital clients on a number of fronts, including the production of research reports on the client companies. S3 recently announced that the company is expecting the close of a Redwood Capital client that operates in China's construction industry.

As Redwood Capital prepares for the close of its next client company transaction, Matt Totty, who has served as Redwood Capital's Director of Research since January 2008, has relocated to the Redwood Capital offices located in the central business district of in Beijing, closer to the client companies based in China, as well as their legal and accounting representatives.
