FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - May 26, 2009) - IGSM Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ IGSM ]) is pleased to announce that the company's objectives are moving in a new positive direction by entering the Digital Service business.

The company's board of directors has decided and voted for this change due the upcoming demand that is foreseen in the near future, due to the expansion of the digital television broadcast starting and mandated on June 12, 2009 by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
