TACOMA, WA--(Marketwire - May 19, 2009) - As part of its ongoing strategy to build a portfolio of rental properties in the Pacific Northwest, Cascadia Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ CDIV ]) announces the acquisition of a two bedroom, one bath home in Tacoma, WA. This property is located at 2902 south 15 in Tacoma. The property also has the potential to be rezoned to add another dwelling. The purchase price was $71,000. The property is currently rented for $595. The acquisition is expected to be finalized within the next thirty days.

This acquisition puts us at $3,000,000 worth of properties, which we have acquired to date.
