("Angle" or the "Company") (TSX:NGL) Ms. Noralee Bradley, Chairman of the Board of Angle Energy Inc. wishes to announce the retirement of Mr. John Gareau from Angle's Board of Directors effective February 29, 2012. Mr. Gareau has been a shareholder and member of the Board since Angle's inception in 2004 and has served on the Audit and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. On behalf of the Board of Directors and Angle management, we extend our appreciation and gratitude for Mr. Gareau's contributions to the Board over his 8 year term on behalf of all Angle shareholders.

Angle is also very pleased to announce that Mr. Keith S. Turnbull, B.Sc; C.A., has agreed to join the Board of Directors and will assume his directorship duties effective immediately as an independent director of Angle under the applicable securities rules. Angle's Board and management look forward to Mr. Turnbull's guidance as the company continues its growth into an intermediate oil and natural gas producer.

Mr. Turnbull retired from KPMG in 2009 where he had been a partner for nearly 30 years. Prior to retirement, Keith was a member of the executive management committee of KPMG. His most recent operations responsibilities included being the Office Managing Partner for KPMG's Calgary office where he was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the Calgary practice as well as KPMG's audit, tax and advisory business in Calgary. While serving as a partner, Mr. Turnbull's clients included a wide variety of public and private companies primarily in the resource and resource service sector. Mr. Turnbull became a securities reviewing partner in 1997 which resulted in him becoming involved in a significant number of emerging energy companies as well as numerous IPO's.

Mr. Turnbull is a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the audit committees of CE Franklin Ltd., a TSX and NASDAQ listed entity that supplies products and services to the energy business, and Carbon Management Canada Inc., a not-for-profit corporation focused on innovations in reducing carbon emissions, and a former Director of UNX Energy Corp. a TSX-V and Frankfurt listed oil & gas offshore exploration entity.
