MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 5, 2012) - Quebecor Media Inc. and Société Radio-Canada concluded on Friday, March 2^nd, 2012 agreements aiming at re-establishing their commercial relationships over the years to come. In addition to renewing the distribution agreements with the broadcasting distribution subsidiary Videotron concerning the specialized channels and the other broadcasting vehicles of Société Radio-Canada, the parties notably concluded an agreement concerning advertising purchases on the various digital and print francophone platforms of the Sun Media Corporation subsidiary.
