American Manganese Applies to Amend Warrant Terms
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 28, 2012) - American Manganese Inc. ("American Manganese" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AMY)(PINKSHEETS:AMYZF)(FRANKFURT:2AM) reports that it is applying to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for consent to amend the terms of any unexercised warrants issued by the Company pursuant to the following private placements by extending the term for exercise of the warrants issued pursuant to the private placements by one year:
- Warrants issued pursuant to a Short Form Offering Prospectus closed in June 2010, increasing the expiry date of the warrants from June 16, 2012 to June 16, 2013
- Warrants issued pursuant to a Private Placement closed in August 2010, increasing the expiry date of the warrants from August 11, 2012 to August 11, 2013
