Go Green Global Technologies Corp. Announces New Corporate Headquarters in Oxford, Connecticut and Provides Investor Relations Update

OXFORD, CT--(Marketwire - May 30, 2012) - Go Green Global Technologies Corp. (PINKSHEETS: [ GOGR ]) is pleased to announce that they have moved into new corporate headquarters located in Oxford, Connecticut. The new address is 115 Hurley Road, Unit 1A, Oxford, Connecticut, 06478. The facility is approximately 6,000 square feet of which 2,500 feet are allocated for the executive offices of the management team and the balance of the space for warehousing, manufacturing and research & development. Oxford is a town located in western Fairfield County, Connecticut. The facility is easily accessible by Interstate 84 and within 1 mile of the Waterbury-Oxford Airport.

"We believe that this new facility will allow us to meet our immediate corporate goals on a cost effective basis and also provide expansion possibilities when necessary," said John D'Alessandro, CEO of Go Green. "In addition the State of Connecticut provides a program for companies in the clean technology sector called the Angel Investor Tax Credit Program for 'accredited investors.' Investments must be at least $25,000 in order to be considered under the program and the investment tax credit equals 25% of the cash investment, up to a maximum credit of $250,000. In order for a business to qualify certain criteria must be met including that the company has received less than $2 million in eligible investments from angel investors.
