CFE Stockpiling RStandard(R) Poles for Emergency Response Situations

CALGARY, June 28 /CNW/ - RS Technologies Inc. ("RS") (RS - TSX), a technology innovator and manufacturer of advanced composite products for infrastructure markets, announces it has fulfilled an order to ship six truckloads of RStandard(R) composite utility poles to Mexico's Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to serve as an initial emergency stockpile. This is RS's first order with CFE and within Mexico.

CFE, Mexico's sole electricity generation, transmission and distribution company, plans to use this initial order of RStandard composite poles for emergency restoration situations in its grid locations along Mexico's coastline, which is subject to periodic severe weather events.
