Clean Sweeps Holdings Revs Up Expansion With New Strategic Partnerships

RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwire - June 10, 2010) - City Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ CTCC ]) today announced that its sweepstakes gaming subsidiary, Clean Sweeps Holdings, LLC, has partnered with RE Advanced Technology, a company that specializes in bar and nightclub installations of the interactive sweepstakes gaming systems. The partnership has allowed Clean Sweeps to begin gaining an important foothold into the bar/restaurant industry, with new installations in Jacksonville, Florida's Whisky River. The largely popular restaurant is located in St. John's Town Center, Jacksonville's newest and most talked about shopping destination with over 10 million visitors each year. Owned by NASCAR superstar Dale Earnhardt Jr., and managed by Bar Management Group (BMG), the Whisky River currently has several custom interactive sweepstakes terminals installed in the popular establishment.

This is the first partnership in a major roll-out in the region to bars and restaurants. The system will be used to promote contests and promotions in the Whisky River and will prove to be a focal turning point in the partnership plans for expansion into over 100 bars and nightclubs. BMG, an established industry veteran, has relationships with over 150 nightclubs and bars across the country.
