BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide Food Services) (Worldwide) (PINKSHEETS: [ WFSV ]) announced today a planned effort to bring key regional Blind Vendor states into the National Blind Enterprises Co-op (National Blind Co-op). The objective is to create joint ventures with the largest [ Randolph Sheppard groups ] so that mass purchasing and the resultant price savings flow to the individual blind vendors at every level.

The Board of Directors will select one or more senior executives from the Blind Vendor community. The selection of a President will be forthcoming once the executive team is in place.
