Atlantis Technology Group's Board of Directors Has Decided to Add an Additional Item to the July 2nd, 2010 Meeting -- a Dividen

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - July 2, 2010) - Atlantis Technology Group's (PINKSHEETS: [ ATNP ]) Board of Directors has decided to add an additional item to the July 2^nd, 2010 meeting -- a dividend of subsidiary TellyTube shares to occur after the launch of the TellyTube Web Site. The record date and the conversion ratio of the dividend will also be discussed. This will be announced on or by July 6^th, 2010.

The Board of Directors states, "Due to the concept of TellyTube with the users who upload videos receiving income from advertisers, we believe TellyTube will become a giant in the industry."

Atlantis Technology Group would also like to announce due to Monday July 5^th, 2010 being an observed holiday we have changed the release of the record date, if approved, for the Global Online Television Corporation spin off to on or by July 6^th, 2010.
