FARMINGTON, AK--(Marketwire - June 24, 2010) - Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ HLNT ]), majority shareholder of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids, announced today results of emissions testing on the Dong Feng tractor with a Yangdong Y380 25 HP engine. The Yangdong engine has been widely used by Agriculture Manufacturers in China for many years with thousands of this type of engine being imported into the United States in small tractors prior to 2003. In April, Highline Technical Innovations announced the purchase of a multiple gas analyzer (MGA) from SRI Instruments of California. This analyzer was purchased to enable the company to identify and measure in parts-per-million (ppm) the gases emitted in the exhaust of any engine tested. Data collected by the SRI MGA revealed a significant drop in harmful gases. The testing showed a 54% reduction in Nitric Oxide (NO), or NOx as it is commonly referred. CO, or Carbon Monoxide, a poisonous gas, decreased by 28.5%, and CO2, a "greenhouse" gas decreased 19.4%. A spreadsheet of the testing results has been posted on the company's website for viewing: [ http://www.highlinehybrids.com/Test-Results_DF-Tractor.html ]. CEO Charlton Coats stated, "It has been a long and tedious process, but a process that is accurate. We are extremely satisfied with the results and look forward to the possibilities that will come from these numbers. These numbers reflect what we have always known about our system." The Company stated that this type of certified data is being converted to parts per million (ppm), which are measurements recognized by the EPA and those results will be posted in a future press release.

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. also announced a company representative left for China yesterday, June 23, 2010, to demonstrate the company's "response to command" unit requested by the Dong Feng engineers. This is the variable unit that Dong Feng requested Highline Technical Innovations design for them as noted in a press release dated May 19, 2010. [ http://www.highlineinnovations.com/hti_files/HTI%20Newswire_2010MAY19.pdf ]. The unit can self-adjust to commands from the vehicle's ECM that is created from operator/driver commands. This unit was sent and received in China late last week in advance for the company's representative. The testing results on the Dong Feng tractor announced today were sent yesterday via company email. CEO Charlton Coats said, "Our shareholders know my aversion to 'forward looking statements,' so I will not comment or speculate on what the results of the meeting with Dong Feng will be. I will say, however, that with these kinds of results we have documented in conjunction with having a successful demonstration, I would at least speculate that there will be an interest on their part. China is shifting toward a more environmentally friendly policy, and I believe our product can definitely help in that endeavor."
