LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSMYD) announces the resignation of Theodore C. Mees and Shirley E. Mees as Directors of the Corporation effective immediately, and that Theodore C. Mees has resigned as President and Treasurer and that Shirley E. Mees has resigned as Secretary of the Corporation.
MC Endeavors, Inc. has announced effective immediately, that it has named Timothy L. Algier as President and CEO of the Corporation, Richard Sohn as COO and Secretary of the Corporation, and Jerry Kammerer as CTO and Treasurer of the Corporation. All three individuals shall be appointed as Directors of the Corporation.
