EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Aura Systems, Inc.(OTCBB: AUSI) announced today that it successfully delivered and integrated the first two NRRS systems into a military vehicle in Korea. An additional two more systems will be delivered during August 2010. As previously reported in February 2010, the VIPER mobile power solution was chosen for the NRRS program of the Army of the ROK (South Korea). This program will require 132 systems to be delivered: 50 systems in 2011, 50 in 2012 and 32 systems in 2013. Each of the VIPER systems will provide 16 kW of three-phase 220VAC power. The systems are designed to be integrated into a mobile radar system. The value of the NRRS contract is approximately $2.0 million.

Dr. Arthur Schwartz, Auraa™s CTO, said, aI just returned from Korea where I helped integrate this new advance system onto a military vehicle. This new three-phase capability will provide Aura with an opportunity to bid on numerous new upcoming programs for the Korean army. This is a new capability for the AuraGen/VIPER system that expands military applications to more advanced and complex systems.a

Mr. Melvin Gagerman, Auraa™s CEO, said, aWe are very pleased to see the VIPER integrated into an advanced system. Our business with the South Korean military is expanding as we are being integrated into a number of new programs. To date we delivered over 300 systems to the Korean army and are scheduled to deliver an additional 220 systems by the end of September. We are also anticipating additional significant contracts from the Korean army during this year.a
