ST. GEORGE, Utah--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Green Processing Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TMGR) announced today that the Company has entered into a second long-term Joint Venture Agreement with Edmonton, Canada, based CREEnergy Oil & Gas Co. The Joint Venture is for the purpose of development of the Canupaawakpa in-field oil reserves located in Manitoba, Canada.
