BORDENTOWN, NJ--(Marketwire - June 22, 2010) - WORLDWIDE FOOD SERVICES, INC. (Worldwide Food Services) (PINKSHEETS: [ WFSV ]) announced today that the multi-billion dollar breakfast and school lunch programs are undergoing dramatic changes. The high labor costs and health and sanitation issues have induced school boards to consider pre-made meals, with many school districts already electing this option.

The Company is in the initial stages of contacting large school providers with a proven track record, and plans to acquire a national company by early summer. Rainbow Food Service, a joint venture partner of Worldwide, is presently providing pre-made meals to schools in the greater Little Falls, New Jersey area. The strategic plan is to integrate food purchasing, distribution, and marketing consolidated among the military, the blind, schools, and general government entities.
