CHICAGO, 27 May, 2010 - Xchanging plc ( The range of claims services that Xchanging will provide under the contract renewal include management of loss fund accounts, customized loss reporting, claim adjudication, and subrogation and salvage recovery services. These services will be provided from Xchanging's processing centre in Solon, Ohio. This processing center has managed well over 1,000,000 commercial vehicle related claims, making it a leading claims center in the United States. Xchanging is one of the largest claims service providers in the world with processing platforms in the USA, the UK and Australia. In the Americas, Xchanging provides claims processing services to companies for their injured workers' compensation as well as other areas such as professional, auto, product, general and consumer warranty liability claims. These services include the initial claim intake, adjusting the claim, medical and non-medical bill review and claim payments.
