GGL Resources Corp.: Extension of Flow-Through Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 27, 2012) -

Raymond A. Hrkac, President and CEO of GGL Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GGL) announces that GGL intends to extend by 45 days the financing to raise up to $120,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement of flow-through units at a price of $0.05 per unit. All terms and conditions of the flow-through private placement remain the same. Please refer to GGL's news releases dated August and 9 and 22, 2012.
The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSXV.
Non flow-through private placement
GGL's non flow-through private placement announced July 4 and August 22, 2012 is now closed. Gross proceeds of $120,000 were raised.
