360 VOX Corporation Reports First Quarter Results for the Three Months Ended March 31, 2012

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 14, 2012) - 360 VOX Corporation ('360 VOX' or 'the Company') (TSX VENTURE:VOX), announced today its first quarter results for the three months ended March 31, 2012 (all figures in U.S. dollars and presented under IFRS, except where otherwise indicated).

Highlights:

  • Revenue of $2.1 million, up from nil in the same period in 2010
  • Net income before tax approximating $135,000 compared to a loss approximating $454,000 in the same period in 2010

Q1 results:

The Company has commenced earning revenues from its development, consulting and asset management activities in 2012, the outcome of a successful acquisition of 360 VOX Developments Inc. in 2011 and other management agreements entered into in early 2012.
