VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 31, 2009) - Raytec Metals Corp. (the "Company" or "Raytec") (TSX VENTURE:RAY) announces that it has granted 1,400,000 stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company under its incentive stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at $0.30 per share for a period of five years.
