ASTORIA, NY--(Marketwire - August 20, 2009) - United Treatment Centers, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ UTRM ]) announced today that the company's joint venture partner, Pump & Brush Finland Oy (P&B Finland) is expanding its manufacturing facility to meet expected demand for the Aquafree toothbrush. The ISO9000 manufacturing facility expansion is in anticipation of UTRM's targeted broad market launch on October 15 of this year.

Frank Ottaviani, President of United Treatment Centers, said, "We are excited about Pump & Brush Finland Oy's dedication and investment in our joint venture as demonstrated by their increasing their manufacturing capacity. With our expected market launch less than 60 days away, it is important that we can show our future clients our ability to rapidly fill orders."

Mr. Ottaviani also noted, "As part of a graduated market rollout prior to October, UTRM will be launching an online sales campaign through a soon to be announced website for smaller orders to consumers. We believe that our current inventory of 100,000 toothbrushes will suffice until we begin receiving additional shipments from P&B Finland."

As previously announced, UTRM holds an exclusive license establishing the company as the sole provider of an innovative product targeted at a largely untapped market -- the need for a waterless toothbrush. Markets ripe for the introduction of a waterless toothbrush range from combat ground forces of various countries, Third World countries struggling to provide sanitary water to their populace (through the help of global charities), travelers (both business and leisure), long haul truckers, sport enthusiasts and other active people interested in using a toothbrush without the need to have a separate toothpaste supply.
