MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwire - August 3, 2009) - PRIMUS Telecommunications Group, Incorporated (OTCBB: [ PMUG ]), an integrated communications services provider, invites the public to participate in a conference call and streaming audio webcast to review the Company's second quarter 2009 financial results.

The event will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2008 at 5:00 PM ET.

The conference call will be broadcast live on the Internet via the Investor Relations section of the Company's web site at [ www.primustel.com ].
