VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 31, 2009) - ReMac Zinc Corp. ("ReMac") (TSX VENTURE:RMZ) announced that the Company has regretfully accepted the resignation of George Tikkanen as a director of the Company effective July 21, 2009. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Tikkanen for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors.

The Board of Directors of ReMac is now comprised of J. Stephen Barley, President, Darryl J. Yea, and Steven Bastable.
