MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - July 10, 2009) - Dynamic Response Group (OTCBB: [ DRGZ ]) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Medico Express, Inc., nearly 15 months after its initial application to Medicare, has been accredited by CHAPS, the independent accreditation board of Medicare. A Medicare Provider Number, which the company expects later this month, is all that stands between Medico Express and the first advertising of its services to the public. The company intends on becoming a leader in the multibillion dollar diabetic supply industry by utilizing its core business model of direct response advertising and consumer delivery thru mail system.

"It has been a long time coming, but well worth the wait," says CEO Melissa K. Rice. "We believe that we can provide a necessary and more efficient method of servicing the millions of diabetic patients in the US, and more specifically the millions of Hispanic diabetics, which unfortunately is the fastest growing segment in the US."

Having been accredited by CHAP, Medico submitted its application to Medicare for the right to supply and bill for Medicare-eligible patients. Medicare conducted an on-sight inspection and shortly thereafter, advised Medico that its application would be approved and that it would be assigned a Medicare billing number, which Medico expects will occur during July.

In anticipation of the launch of its advertising campaign, Medico has completed production of several television spots and will begin airing within weeks of receiving its provider number. Shipping and billing software has been installed on Medico's IT system and it has set up an in-house call center. We have separated the IT environment to comply with HIPPA requirements. To maximize the scope of its market, Medico has been cleared to sell diabetic supplies into 44 states and applications have been submitted to obtain the necessary licenses in the remaining states and US territories where required. The Company intends to further expand its product line to add other home medical equipment and will apply for the appropriate licenses.

Medico has contracted with a major national supplier of home medical equipment and diabetic supplies to ship directly to Medico's customers from its warehouse, which will allow Medico to launch its business with virtually no investment in inventory or shipping personnel expense. Medico is also working with a mail order company to fill all of its patients' prescription needs.
