GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - June 1, 2009) - Brazilian Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ BRZM ]) announces the Board of Directors has approved a five percent stock dividend. The dividend and its date of record are to be issued at the President's discretion. Mike Dillon, president and CEO of Brazilian Mining Corp., stated, "We believe it is in the best interest of our shareholders to issue the dividend at this time."
