ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - May 26, 2009) - LIGATT Security International (PINKSHEETS: [ LGTT ]) CEO Gregory Evans announced today that the company has performed the necessary efforts of acquiring additional market makers in order to increase the stock value and complete the process of filing Form 15c211. The entire process of acquiring additional market makers and completing the filing procedure is estimated to take up to two weeks.

Pink OTC Markets Inc. states that companies must complete this form to initiate or resume quotations in the OTC Bulletin Board®, the Pink Quote or any other comparable quotation medium. By completing this form, LIGATT Security International is representing that it has satisfied all applicable requirements of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 15c211 and the filing and information requirements of NASD Rule 6640.
