Solid Resources Announces Application for Extension of Warrants
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 31, 2012) -Solid Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SRW)(OTCQX:SLDRF)(FRANKFURT:YRS) ("Solid" or the "Company") has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the expiry date of 20,333,333 common share purchase warrants that were issued as part of a non-brokered private placement completed by the Company in November, 2010. The expiry date of the warrants was originally May 17, 2012 and previously extended to November 17, 2012. The Company is applying to extend the expiry date to May 17, 2013.
The exercise price of the warrants will remain at $0.10. Each warrant when exercised will be exchangeable for one common share of the Company. The proposed extension of the expiry is conditional upon the receipt of the exchange's approval.
