Constellation Software Inc. Acquires London & Zurich Plc

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 1, 2012) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas") has completed the acquisition of London & Zurich Plc. ("L&Z"). The L&Z acquisition represents Jonas' entrance into the Direct Debit & Collection Management Services sector in the United Kingdom.
