Angle Energy Inc. Announces Director Retirement

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 1, 2012) - Angle Energy Inc. ("Angle" or the "Company") (TSX:NGL)

Ms. Noralee Bradley, Chairman of the Board of Angle Energy Inc. wishes to announce the retirement of Mr. Clarence Chow from Angle's Board of Directors effective today. Mr. Chow joined the Board in 2004 in connection with a significant investment in the Company through a group of investment funds managed by Mr. Chow. During his tenure Mr. Chow has served on the Audit Committee and most recently, on the Reserve Committee and the Environmental, Health & Safety Committees. On behalf of the Board of Directors and Angle management, we extend our appreciation and gratitude for Mr. Chow's investment in, and contributions to, the Company.
