Viterra Inc.: Approval Received from Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 26, 2012) - Viterra Inc. (Viterra) (TSX:VT) (ASX:VTA) confirms today that Glencore International plc ("Glencore") has received approval from Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) to proceed with the acquisition of Viterra. This completes the Australian regulatory approvals Glencore was required to obtain.
