Roadrunner Transportation Systems Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

CUDAHY, WI--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: [ RRTS ]), a leading non-asset based transportation and logistics services provider, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,600,644 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.00 per share. Of the shares sold, 9,000,000 were sold by Roadrunner Transportation and 1,600,644 were sold by stockholders of Roadrunner Transportation. Roadrunner Transportation has granted the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,590,096 shares at the same price to cover over-allotments.
