HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - May 14, 2010) - Gregory Isenor, P.Geo., President and CEO of Frontline Gold Corporation. ("Frontline")(TSX VENTURE:FGC) announces that Nick Tintor has resigned as a director and the chairman of Frontline. The board of directors, together with current management, is in the process of a reorganization of both the Board of Directors and the management team of Frontline. Details of the reorganization will be announced as and when decisions are made.
